Do my points expire?
Treasure Points do not currently expire. If we ever introduce an expiry policy, we'll give you notice and it will only affect points earned after the change.
Can I use points and a discount code together?
Yes. Discount codes and Treasure Points can both be applied to the same order. Points are deducted from your balance only when the order is actually paid.
What if I return my order?
Points earned on a returned or refunded order are reversed. If you redeemed points on an order that is later cancelled, those points are credited back to your account.
Can I earn points on foils and machines?
Yes — every qualifying purchase earns 2 points per £1. Treasure Points can be redeemed against toner foil orders. Machine orders earn points but points cannot be redeemed against machines.
What happened to my points from the old website?
If you had an account on our previous store, your points balance was carried over. Sign in with the same email to see your full history.
