Shipping & Delivery

UK Deliveries

All machines shipped within the United Kingdom are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, providing fast, fully tracked delivery with a signature on receipt. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way.

International Deliveries

For all locations outside the UK, we select the most economical carrier with a strong track record of reliable delivery and positive customer feedback, based on our own business experience and reviews. We want your machine to arrive safely and on time, wherever you are in the world.

We ship to all EU countries plus Switzerland for a flat £11.00(including France, Germany, Sweden and Switzerland). Delivery duty is unpaid (DDU) — the buyer is responsible for any import duties or taxes applied by the destination country.

Dispatch Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking details. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates provided by the carrier.

Import Duties & Taxes (DDU)

When an order is placed for delivery outside the UK, Foil Studio Pro ships on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the buyer is responsible for paying any import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees that may be incurred when the parcel enters the destination country.

We strongly advise you to check these charges with your local government agency and tax office before placing an order, so there are no surprises when your parcel arrives. Foil Studio Pro is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges imposed by the destination country.
