Serena Pre-Order Prize Draw

To celebrate the arrival of Serena, we're giving five customers the chance to win an incredible Foil Studio Pro foil bundle.

Each of the five winners will receive one roll of every toner-reactive foil available in our range when the prizes are prepared. Each bundle is guaranteed to contain at least 60 different foils. We have 24 currently on our website and there's another 36 colours on the way making the Foil Studio Pro range up to 60 in a few weeks.

Entry is automatic for everyone who has already pre-ordered a Serena machine, as well as anyone who places a qualifying pre-order before the competition closes. Five winning order numbers will be selected randomly and announced during a live draw, just as we have done with our previous competitions.

The promoter is Foil Studio Pro Limited, registered office: 64 Rossby, Shinfield, Reading RG2 9FS (“the Promoter”).

This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the prize draw may not enter.

Entrants must have placed a valid pre-order for a Serena Foil Studio Pro machine directly through www.foilstudiopro.co.uk.

All Serena pre-orders placed before this competition was announced will be included automatically, provided the order remains valid and has not been cancelled or refunded.

All qualifying Serena pre-orders placed between the competition announcement and the closing date will also be entered automatically.

No separate entry form is required.

The prize draw opens on 26 SEPTEMBER 2026.

Entries close at 22:00 on 15 NOVEMBER 2026.

Orders placed after the closing time will not be entered.

The Serena machines' expected arrival date may change due to circumstances outside the Promoter's control. The published closing date will remain as stated unless exceptional circumstances make a change unavoidable.

Any unavoidable change will be announced prominently through Foil Studio Pro's website and social-media channels.

Each eligible Serena pre-order order number will receive one entry into the draw.

Where more than one Serena machine is purchased under the same order number, that order will still receive one entry.

Multiple qualifying orders placed by the same person will each receive one entry, provided every order is genuine and remains valid.

Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or unpaid orders will be removed from the draw.

Purchases made through a third party or through any website other than www.foilstudiopro.co.uk will not qualify.

There are five prize bundles available, meaning five winners will be selected.

Each winner will receive one roll of every toner-reactive foil available in the Foil Studio Pro range when the prize bundles are prepared OR the winners can opt for Foil Studio Pro Treasure Points so that they can choose their own selection.

Each prize bundle is guaranteed to contain at least 60 different rolls of toner-reactive foil.

Each winner will receive one roll of each qualifying foil design or colour. Duplicate rolls are not included unless the Promoter chooses to add them.

The prize does not include products outside the toner-reactive foil range unless expressly stated by the Promoter.

Images and videos showing the prize are for illustrative purposes. The precise colours and designs included will depend on the available Foil Studio Pro range when the prizes are prepared.

Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative will be offered.

Five winning order numbers will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The draw will be conducted live on a Foil Studio Pro social-media channel, in the same style as our previous live prize draws.

Details of the live draw, including its date, time and platform, will be announced through Foil Studio Pro's social-media channels.

The five winning order numbers will be announced during the live draw and may also be published afterwards on the Promoter's website or social-media accounts.

Only order numbers will be announced publicly. Winners' names and personal information will not be disclosed without permission, except where required by law.

The Promoter will also contact each winner using the email address supplied with their Serena pre-order.

Winners must respond within 14 days of being contacted. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within this period or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select a replacement winner at random.

The Promoter's decision regarding the draw and eligibility is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prizes will be sent to the UK delivery address provided with the winning Serena pre-order unless another eligible UK address is agreed with the Promoter.

The Promoter will cover standard UK delivery costs.

Winners are responsible for ensuring that their contact and delivery details are accurate.

The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries involving fraud, misuse, duplicate customer accounts created to manipulate entry numbers or any breach of these terms.

The Promoter may cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

Any change will be communicated as clearly and promptly as reasonably possible and will not unfairly disadvantage existing entrants.

Nothing in these terms affects an entrant's statutory rights, including any applicable cancellation or refund rights relating to their Serena pre-order.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Personal information will be used only to administer the prize draw, verify entries, contact winners and deliver prizes, in accordance with the Foil Studio Pro Privacy Policy. Order numbers may be announced publicly, but customers' names and other identifying information will not be published without permission unless required by law.
